Frequently Asked Questions

How do I indicate white ink?

If you’re choosing holographic material, you can add an extra white ink layer in your file using solid black (K100) to mark the areas where white ink should be applied — the darker the black, the denser the white ink.

If you choose holographic material, you can add an additional "white ink layer" in your file and use solid black (K100) to indicate the white ink area. The darker the black, the denser the white ink.

Please note that it is not recommended to apply white ink on dark areas, as the dark ink may cover the holographic effect and may also cause color distortion when white ink is applied on top, affecting the overall appearance.

For detailed setup instructions and examples, please refer to our tutorial article.

If you are unable to create the white ink layer yourself, you can directly upload your file (editable formats are recommended) and specify the desired white ink area in the order notes. After payment is completed, our design team will help create the white ink layer and provide a preview for your confirmation.
